ecsign

ecsign(msgHash, privateKey, chainId?): ECDSASignature

Returns the ECDSA signature of a message hash.

If chainId is provided assume an EIP-155-style signature and calculate the v value accordingly, otherwise return a “static” v just derived from the recovery bit
